Grouping of 3 glass objects including: Life size malachite figural glass turtle (container or powder box) with removable shell, circa 1930-50, designed by Bohemian artist Curt Schlevogt - very tiny flake on interior edge of top shell, else excellent condition - measures 8"L x 5"W x 3 1/2"H; a hand blown hour glass, amber and olive green - 10 1/4"H x 4"W; and a desk top ornament, possibly a paper weight in canary-green semi-transparent color mounted on a circular brass base, late 19th to early 20th century - the glass has a film over it or pitting and does not clean up - measures 5 3/4"H x 3 3/4"W. Provenance: From the Thomas & Gail Rockwell collection, LaGrangeville NY. Tom is the son of the renowned American artist, Norman Rockwell and the author or many children's books. His late wife Gail, was an artist-illustrator and the daughter of Arthur E. Sudler and Janet Whitson Sudler, both early 20th century artists - she illustrated several of her husband's children's books.
