Grouping of 4 pieces of redware pottery. The smallest with 4 conjoined small redware bowls , the top bowl with double handles and the others with single handles and all with manganese decorations - some chips and wear and in fair condition - 4 1/4"H x 4 3/4"W, a redware jar with interior glaze only - tight hairline extending from rim, an ovoid redware jar with flared and shaped rim - chip to rim else good condition, small redware jar without glazing on interior or exterior - no damage or repairs. The largest measures 4 1/2" diameter x 6"H. Provenance: From the Thomas & Gail Rockwell collection, LaGrangeville NY. Tom is the son of the renowned American artist, Norman Rockwell and the author or many children's books. His late wife Gail, was an artist-illustrator and the daughter of Arthur E. Sudler and Janet Whitson Sudler, both early 20th century artists - she illustrated several of her husband's children's books.
