Cast iron figural door stop of a small girl wearing blue bonnet and cloak holding a bouquet of flowers, Albany Foundry, early 20th century, in original paint. Very good condition. 5"W x 3 1/2"D x 7 3/4"H. Provenance: From the Thomas & Gail Rockwell collection, LaGrangeville NY. Tom is the son of the renowned American artist, Norman Rockwell and the author or many children's books. His late wife Gail, was an artist-illustrator and the daughter of Arthur E. Sudler and Janet Whitson Sudler, both early 20th century artists - she illustrated several of her husband's children's books.
