An adjustable sculptures work stand with crank handle, iron base in original green paint and wooden revolving top, circa 1940-50. Good working condition. Measures 20" square top x 28"W at base x 34 1/2"H. Provenance: From the Thomas & Gail Rockwell collection, LaGrangeville NY. Tom is the son of the renowned American artist, Norman Rockwell and the author or many children's books. His late wife Gail, was an artist-illustrator and the daughter of Arthur E. Sudler and Janet Whitson Sudler, both early 20th century artists - she illustrated several of her husband's children's books.
