Handwritten autograph letter by King Charles III (Then Charles, Prince of Wales), two pages dated November 26, 1996, on Sandringham House letterhead, addressed to Michael. Excerpts read "Dear Michael, I just want to say how marvelous it is to find so many stubble fields unploughed this year on the land...It really is very good of you to take such trouble to leave them as it makes a considerable difference to the shooting and the pheasants always tends to ? better out on stubble for some strange reason!...and I wanted you to know for what it is worth, how grateful I am to you for being so understanding about the shooting requirement. Best wishes, Charles."
