I really don't know what we would do without all your hard-won skills at the art of baggage control, etc. I have a ghastly feeling it must be very nearly 25 years that you have been enduring this kind of thing on our behalf and I am profoundly grateful to you. I can well imagine what a nightmare it must be & certainly don't take it for granted. I only hope it doesn't take too much out of you!"..."With every best wish, as always, from Charles".
