A pair of booklets from Jack Kerouac's personal collection. The first is "13 songs for lovers, junkies and ordinary people" by William Morris. No place, dated 1966. Marked No. 3/6. Twelvemo, 15pp. The second is "Open Skull" edited by Douglas Blazek. San Francisco: Open Skull Press, 1967. Large octavo, 34pp. With numerous letters published throughout. Both are stamped on the first page with both a Jack Kerouac Estate stamp and the raised blind seal from the Executor of the Estate, John Sampas, who was the brother-in-law of Jack Kerouac and the brother of Stella Kerouac, Jack's wife. The booklets have worn edges and faint to light soiling throughout. Overall very fine.
