Embroidered imperial yellow silk remnant with dark blue embroidered border, likely from an Imperial court robe or other garment, late 19th - early 20th C. (Guangxu.) Yellow section embroidered with auspicious objects, dark blue border embroidered with flowers and butterflies. Offered together with a pair of late Qing light blue silk sleeve bands profusely embroidered with gold wrapped thread and silk floss. Imperial remnant, approx. 39" x 9".
