A Victorian Wunderkammer collection, to include: a Mariopteris daviesi leaf fossil, 22.2cm long, a polished malachite bowl, 7.7cm wide, a baby mammoth's tooth, 7cm wide, an ammonite, 9.5cm long, a carved agate bead necklace, each bead approximately 29mm long, a collection of African beadwork, largest 84cm long, a Mauchline-ware-type kaleidoscope, 7.2cm high, a megalodon tooth, 10.6cm long, and a bamboo and bone parasol, 73.5cm long, together with a mahogany and brass-bound campaign writing box, early to mid-19th century, with a velvet writing surface and removable pen and ink trays, 58cm wide 33cm deep 19cm high (qty.) Condition Report: Parasol with several holes, tears and patches of staining. Box with splits, knocks and wear. Losses to the writing surface and tops of the ink/pounce pots. General wear, losses and scuffs commensurate with age and the nature of the items.
