This beautiful vintage dress features a fun white feather print on a baby blue background ( possibly textured rayon), white plastic button closures, short sleeves, and a round neckline. Maker unknown. Measurements laying flat: bust 20'', waist 16'', length 58''. In good condition with overall yellowing, discoloration at the underarms, and a few brown spots.
