DUTCH / BELGIAN FREE-BLOWN CASE / CASE-GIN BOTTLES, LOT OF TWO, medium-to-dark olive green/black glass, early square "case bottle" form with slight inward taper, applied outwardly-flaring pig snout-style mouths, and moderately kicked-up bases with blowpipe pontil scars, smaller example having a crosshatch/lattice texture to underside of base. 1770-1800. 11 1/2" HOA.

Condition
Smaller undamaged with minor wear and some interior residue; larger excellent but with several potstones/impurities to the glass, one of these with a slight star-shaped radiation at shoulder and one towards heel with bruise-like surface checking associated.
