Early 19th c. Octagonal Barometer, by Binda (Rue St. Honore No. 90, Paris), having a painted dial, giltwood frame topped with a carved crest of spread-wing eagle surrounded by a laurel wreath with pineapple, perched atop a sphere with bunting, tassels and fruit swags, mercury tube affixed to back (note: tube detached from dial), 35" high, 21" x 4".
