The pierced top rail centered by a star and flanked by palmettes and anthemon above an over-upholstered seated flanked by down-swept arms on spiral carved and reeded baluster supports, on tapering fluted legs ending in toupie feet.

Previous restorations, repaired break to right side of crestrail above juncture of siles and now infilled, back of right stile with repaired break at juncture of right armrest and now with 7 inch patch, back left stile with repaired break below crestrail and at juncture of armrest, backs of stiles with upholstery nail holes above seat rail,old marks and scratches, later paterae to apron possibly once with drop-in seat,
