Any items not picked up by the last pickup day will be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements have been made for the item(s) to be transported to the auction-house for a fee.

- AUCTION-HOUSE CANNOT LIFT/LOAD/TRANSPORT ANY ITEMS INTO VEHICLES.
- AUCTION-HOUSE CANNOT PHYSICALLY ASSIST WITH REMOVING LOTS FROM THE PROPERTY.
- ANY ITEM AFFIXED TO THE HOME IS BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO DISASSEMBLE/REMOVE (chandeliers, doors, appliances, etc).
