Rare Pair of Massive Italian Painted, Parcel-Gilt and Incise Decorated Baluster-Shape Papier Mâché Vases, in the Japanese Taste

Imitating Japanese cloisonne, decorated with birds and branches on a black ground.

4 ft. 3 in. x 24 in. diam.
