Description
Circa 1850 by George W. Zechman of Sunbury, Pennsylvania bearing his plaque in brass at the top center. The case having been brilliantly inlaid and crafted with a mixed of cherry, maple and pine with other woods as well. The interior is meticulously fitted for carpenters tools with four layers of compartments all boasting brilliant inlay. The case rests nicely atop wood casters as well. Brilliant example of American craftsmanship. H28" W41" D26 1/2" Sold from the collection of a Lake Wateree, South Carolina lady and gentleman.
