Item Details

Description

Unsigned 8 day movement with dial in Victorian era repaint. Hood with unusual carving, retaining to original finials and a center replacement. Waist with fluted quarter columns and later glass insert. One finial is cracked and not stable. Replaced feet and shims to movement supports, movement probably married but it fits well. The movement has not been tested and is currently overwound. Overall height appx. 97"; 95" to top of rosettes. Parts: winder, pendulum, two weights.
