Description
A set of antique early 20th-century Norwegian sterling silver cutlery. A total of 3 items, a spatula, a dessert spoon and a dinner spoon. Modernist embossed handle design with pierced accents. Hallmark 830S, Magnus Aase hallmark, NM for Norskt Monster, is on the backside of each piece. Magnus Aase established his silversmithery in Bergen in 1899, and was eventually one of Denmarks best known silversmiths. In 1902 he and his brother Knut took over Theodor Olsen Silversmiths.
