Pre-Columbian, West Mexico, Jalisco, Protoclassic Period, ca. 100 BCE to 250 CE. A hand-built pottery female figure exhibiting highly burnished surfaces, sizable breasts, and delineated legs. Nude save for her belt and necklace, the woman stands with arms out to her sides while displaying prominent facial features that comprise her visage. Size: 3" L x 5.4" W x 8.125" H (7.6 cm x 13.7 cm x 20.6 cm)

Provenance: private New York, New York, USA collection; ex-M.B. collection, Scarsdale, New York, USA, acquired from the 1980s - 1990s
