01.09.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 1287: I note that the cabinet and stand are intact and structurally sturdy, with the cabinet sitting comfortably within the base, I note minor inlay losses concentrated at the two bands of trim at the edges, as well as varying degrees of veneer loss, notably a segment at the back edge of the right side, I observe patination of metal hardware, and the drawers all currently operate smoothly, as does the drop-front door at the top of the interior, and the door closes snug in the frame, there is an area of visible paint touch ups in the upper region of the right side, and typical minor surface wear such as light abrasions and inlay discoloration/ minor grime build up
