Super rare Elite design by Pitkin & Brooks. I think Pitkin & Brooks is the most underrated makers of Brilliant Cut Glass and this bowl is a prime example of what they were capable of. This is P&B's rarest and most expensive design, per the catalog. Take a look at Elite, Mayflower, and Plymouth designs and you will find some of the most detailed, incredible cutting from any cutting house. The Elite design features deep circle cutting, tiny russian cutting (which you only find on fine patterns) and tiny tusk cutting. Just about every motif under the sun is featured on this bowl. Very large size and best quality blank.
