US Anderson Injection Molded Fighting Knife w/ Sheath. These knives were made by Tom Anderson in California at the start of WW2 due to the need for fighting knives. They were made of sections of M-1913 Patton cavalry sabers that were good steel for the knives. A colored injection molded plastic handle was then put onto the blade. This knife still retains its marks from a M-1913 1919 saber which supposedly means it was finished after the war. This knife features single edge clip point blade and red marbled plastic handle. Knife and sheath are in excellent condition with some carbon spotting on the blade. Blade length of 6-3/4in and overall length of 11-3/4in.
