WW2 US Anderson Injection Molded Fighting Knife w/ Sheath. These knives were made by Tom Anderson in California at the start of WW2 due to the need for fighting knives. They were made of sections of M-1913 Patton cavalry sabers that were good steel for the knives. A colored injection molded plastic handle was then put onto the blade. This knife features double edged dagger blade and black marbled plastic handle. Knife is in very nice condition with minimal finish wear and some light marks on the handle. Blade length of 8-1/4in and overall length of 13-1/4in.
