Description
This great piece is an after Edgar Payne (1883-1947). It is a raised pigment serigraph of a harbor scene with sailboats. Signature appears in lower left corner. These pieces were produced for people who could not afford his more expensive work, but still be able to enjoy. This piece is a bonus! On the other side, an artist by the name L. Martin painted a lovely seascape, possibly Big Sur. Measures 20" x 24". Buy yourself two identical frames and insert your artwork, use a wood glue to attach the backs of the frames together and add a hanger in between, you can flip the painting depending on your mood.
Condition
The Payne side is possibly toned from storage with some flaking along the edges, but will frame beautifully. The Martin side has minor chipping on the edges.
