A 1/4 scale floor tile from the special effects miniature of the interior of the Sulaco spacecraft from the science-fiction classic film Aliens (20th Century Fox, 1986). 

Made of resin and spray painted in silver-tone on the top and sides, this prop features dried adherent on the back and plastic coverings over two other spots of adherent. The back also features its original brown coloring.

This floor tile prop was made at 1/4 scale for shots featuring miniatures that take place inside the Sulaco spacecraft, such as when Ripley (Sigourney Weaver) and the Marines combat drop out of the Sulaco in a smaller spacecraft down to the planet LV-426.
