Twenty Pieces of Union Pacific Railroad Silver Dining Car Finger Bowl w/ Underliner and Flatware A group of silver dining car items for the Union Pacific railroad including a 3 1/8" finger bowl or shrimp cocktail bowl with attached 4 7/8" underliner. The bowl is bottom stamped U.P.R.R. in script International Silver Co. Silver Soldered 05085 4 oz dated 1947. The bowl is clean and bright but shows general scratches and nicks along the edge. Also includes nineteen pieces of silver flatware in the Zephyr pattern, all bottom marked U.P.R.R. in script International Silver Co. Includes two 6 1/4" tea spoons, two 7 3/8" table spoons, two 8" ice tea spoons, three 8 1/2" serving spoons, two 6 1/8" soup spoons, four 7 1/8" dinner forks, two 8 1/2" dinner knives, and two 7" butter knives. The flatware shows general signs of use with scratches, minor nicks, and a few spots of tarnish. The U.P.R.R. stamps vary in condition from minimally worn to moderately worn. The soup spoons and one butter knife are also top stamped with the Winged Streamliner graphic on the handle. See photos for best description.
