Album of Susquehanna Railroad Superintendent Marshall E. Johns Family Ephemera This is a really neat compilation of early photographs, newspaper clippings, post cards, correspondence letters, tickets, map drawings, employee trip passes, menu, and more from the late 1800s to early 1900s for the Marshall E. Johns family. M.E. Johns was the superintendent of the New York, Susquehanna and Western railroad. The cloth binder album has approximately 146 pages and a few loose pages full of multiple items per page with handwritten details and dates. The majority of the items have been glued to the pages but some have unadhered and are loose. The collection appears to have had water damage at one point showing discoloration to the cover and old mold spots on the last few pages and back cover. The interior pages vary in condition from good to poor showing mild discoloration and worn edges. See photos for best description.
