A vintage gilt silver blue enamel box made to commemorate the marriage of Mohammad Reza Pahlavi of Persia and Princess Fawzia bint Fuad of Egypt featuring a historically significant and collectible item. Such commemorative boxes were often created to mark important events, including royal weddings. The blue enamel and gilt silver construction of the box is crafted with great attention to detail and craftsmanship.
