Edward Vernon Rickenbacker (1890–1973) was an American fighter pilot in World War I and a Medal of Honor recipient. With 26 aerial victories, he was the most successful and most decorated United States flying ace of the war. The book From Father to Son the Letters of Captain Eddie Rickenbacker to his son William from Boyhood to Manhood , by William Rickenbacker, Walker and Company, 1970. Signed by both Eddie and William on the 18 th page, after the introduction, but before the first letter. Book has some wear and dust jacket has been clipped.
