Held in original fancy frame. Alois Lecoque was born in Prague and was known for his beautifully colored post-impressionist paintings. His work ranged from still life to harbor life to the city views of Prague. He painted magnificent buildings and water fronts in Paris. Lecoque's works are on display in the collections of the Museum of Art Moderne, Prague, Museum of Old Montmartre, Paris, Art Collection of the City of Los Angeles and in many other museums
