1904, Printed for Charles Taft, compiled and described by John Getz, and privately published in New York (likely financed by Charles Taft). Full title- "A Catalogue of Chinese Porcelains collected by Mr. and Mrs. Charles P. Taft, Cincinnati, Ohio with notes and illustrations". Book with leather cover boards, sleeves with printed catalog information corresponding with illustrations to across pages, 127 pages of laid paper. The Taft Collection of Chinese porcelains is among the crown jewels of important collections assembled in the late 19th and early 20th centuries in Cincinnati, and currently resides on display at the Taft Museum. It represented important examples of Ming and Qing Dynasty Imperial porcelains. A rare and well preserved reference source for an important collection of Chinese porcelains. 11.75" x 9.5" (book size).
