Ansonia "Huntress and Fisherman" Double Swinging Arm Mystery Clock
fourth quarter 19th century, New York, the brass clock case set with a pierced bowknot crest, the works with a signed Ansonia dial and beveled glass cover, supporting a rococo pendulum bob decorated with a Neo-Grec masque, supported by enameled metal classical maids, one personifying fishing, with fish at her side, and the other personifying hunting, with a clutch of game birds, on a cove-molded and enameled cast iron base ornamented with gilt incising.

Condition
In as-found condition. Slight discoloration to the face from age. Small flakes along the front edge of the black platform base. Lacking a winding key. We are uncertain as to its running condition.
