Book 13" x 9"x 1.25” with 300 pages of numerous tipped and laid-in color plates by the famous illustrators of the day, including two Bookman portfolios, by Kay Nielsen and Hugh Thomson with color plates, multiple advertisements.
The Bookman was a monthly magazine published in London from 1891 until 1934 by Hodder & Stoughton. It was a catalogue of the current publications that also contained reviews, advertising and illustrations. (Wikipedia)
