Signed in bold blue fountain pen ink to the third page beneath his photograph, the image showing Kempff in a head and shoulders pose. The full page only showing his printed name and his photograph. The double sheet of paper containing the signature, pages three to six, being loose. To the fourth and opposite page bearing the piano works performed by Kempff, including Bach, Mozart, Brahms and Schumann. Very small overall age wear, otherwise G to VG
