Two halves of Egyptian feather crowns with Uraeus serpents, bronze, 2nd - 1st millennium B.C. Two raised bronze ostrich feathers of feather crowns, each on a horn. Each with an Uraeus serpent on the side. One feather additionally with a pendant in the form of a pair of Uraeus serpents. With fastening pins on the sides. Corroded. Intact. Length 12 cm and 13.5 cm. Feather crowns were reserved for images and statues of the pharaoh or the gods.Condition: II -
