Chinese molded and glazed biscuit porcelain vase with leaping dragon fish or makara, late Qing dynasty, circa 1900.The vase of baluster form, molded in high relief with a pair of dragon fish, also known as makara, leaping up the sides, a stream of water spewing from their mouths. The foot of the vase decorated with crashing waves, the neck with a cloud design.--- impressed mark to the underside.-measures 11" tall and 7" wide-Has an old professional repair at rim-the rest is free from chips and cracks
