Other Notes: Alexander Calder drew the design of this rug on the canvas lining and his neighbor, Calcott Clapp hooked the wool to complete the piece.

Overall good condition with pile-wear, soiling, and typical signs of wear commensurate with age and use. Issues include, but not limited to: a 7" x 4" area of loss to the pile, a 4" long hole, and a 3" long hole. Overall soiling and localized fraying to edges.
