15th - 16th C. leaf on paper of partial hymn from Book of Hours or choir book in gothic hand in Latin. Loose translation reads in part "Often the judge will give you a gift before the day of judement. I groan like a guilty one, my face is red with guilt, beseeching God for mercy."
