U.S.S. Constellation carved and painted plaque with eagle shield and banners. American framed plaque with eagle, federal shield, stars, banners and relieved lettering saying “U.S.S. Constellation - Navy”. Reputedly removed from the U.S.S. Constellation cabin during the ship’s restoration. The most recent U.S.S. Constellation is being restored in Baltimore Harbor. Late 19th century or early 20th century.
