lot 124: both have been professionally mounted and encased; Holbrook: with some general toning to paper, some subtle areas of water spotting / foxing along left-facing and lower edge, a small horizontal tear to upper right-facing edge; other work: very clean, no visible issues; neither have been removed from encasings for inspection ; both housed in old frames
