Condition
Frame: 17 1/2 x 15 1/2 inches. The frame is Chinese and typical of those found with Lum Qua paintings.
In overall fine condition. Craquelure to the surface throughout. Loss to the ovoid form of the cartouche in the upper right corner of the frame. Relined, but seemingly an early repair. Examination under UV shows a fairly even varnish with traces of in-painting to the craquelure throughout.
