A 19th century sewing box having a dovetailed burlwood case and having a fitted interior compartment consisting of a hidden pin cushion and 6 interior sewing compartments with original lids with pinwheel inlays. The interior is in very good condition, but the box itself with veneer losses. Measures 13"W x 9 1/2"D x 4 5/8"H.
