“Peter Pan in Kensington Gardens” by James Matthew Barrie. The story of Peter Pan is one of most famous and beloved childrens stories of all time and has inspired some of the most enjoyed films, music, and plays. The story was originally published as part of “The Little White Bird,” but then the Peter Pan chapters were extracted and published as a separate work in 1906 with the Rackham plates as “Peter Pan in Kensington Gardens.”
This rare undated “trade edition” is bound in original green cloth with 23 color plates by Arthur Rackham.
