Derbyshire.- Charles I (King) License of alienation of a messuage in Coton from Collingwood Sanders gent. to Jane Horton widow, manuscript on vellum, text heavily abraded with large loss rendering much illegible, stained and yellowed, lower margin with tears, Great Seal appended, large amount of decoration still visible, some detail flattened with wear, otherwise good condition, 250 x 415mm., 1629.
