Late 19th - early 20th c., including: Viola-in, red finish, with handwritten 1804 Joseph Fisher label, two-piece maple back, maple neck, mahogany scroll with four pegs, ebony fingerboard, 14" body, 23 1/2" overall, in 5" x 31" x 10" 1920s fitted case; PLUS Violin with American Eagle on one-piece maple back, maple neck, ebony fingerboard, mahogany scroll having four pegs, 14" body, 23" overall, worn, poorly glued crack on spruce top. Written in pencil inside "Graduated by ?? Potter, 1912." Note in case reads "I believe there was a Luthier/Violin Maker in Gilmanton, NH named Potter". In worn ca 1910 fitted 6" x 32" x 10" case; PLUS Violin, rosewood finish, Cremona pattern, probably German, student violin, unmarked, with one-piece maple back, maple neck, tight scroll having all four pegs, 13" body, 22" overall, cracked spruce top, loose in 5" x 31" x 11" wooden case; PLUS 29" Albert Schubert pernambuco bow.
