Autumn Majestic - Day Three

Join us for our final three-day feature auction of 2023. Featuring a masterful selection of fine art, antiques, and 20th century decorative items, this is a sale that is sure to please. On Sunday, featured artwork will include pieces by Andrew Winter, Clare Ferriter, William Manning, Joan Savo, A.R. Penck, Waldo Peirce, Childe Hassam, R. Emmett Owen, Pablo Picasso, and Marsden Hartley. This day will also offer important works by Maine artists, such as a rare commissioned folding screen with pug dogs by Dahlov Ipcar. Other featured Maine artists will include Wesley Elbridge Webber, John Bisbee, Stephen Etnier, Andrew Wyeth, Eric Hopkins, John Marin, and Robert Indiana. On this day, we will sell 5 vintage automobiles, including a 1962 Studebaker Gran Turismo Hawk and a 1964 Dodge 880 Custom Sedan. The 40-lot of estate jewelry & watch collection will offer a selection of gem-set rings, including an Edwardian platinum engagement and wedding ring set; plus, a handmade 18K gold Mughal necklace with pearls, emeralds and rubies. There will also be a rare 20th c. coin-operated Nickelodeon by Stultz & Co., and a delightful collection of acoustic guitars.
