Description
The neo-Gothic casket rectangular with tapering faceted cover, all with openwork foliate panels backed in green slag glass, the post corners set with colored glass finials and spreading floral feet. Height 5 inches (13 cm), length 8 1/4 inches (21 cm).
Condition
Generally good condition overall; the front with medallion engraved "Emily" and the reverse "Arthur"; glass panels showing breaks and cracks from interior and underside, but not really visible from exterior thanks to foliate overlay
