Description
Ancient Pair of Roman Glass Bracelets 1st-3rd Century CE, Remarkable in Their Near Contemporary Appearance. Great pair of ancient glass bracelets that truly have a contemporary feel. The brown/burgundy glass bracelet has appealing soft ridges surrounding the outer bracelet and no other ornamentation. Likely created by pinching at regular intervals while still hot. 7.4 cm. The other is a wide purplish dark blue glass band bracelet that really benefits from the iridescence as well from the seal of the two ends of glass. We note a fleabite chip to edge of wide bracelet, of scant consequence.
