Scenic landscape oil on canvas that bears a Leon Dabo (?) signature and is dated 1921. Painting is in excellent condition. It measures 2'x2'; framed it measures 33"x 33". Please note: This painting has a history of being sold multiple times. Auction house has received multiple comments as to the authenticity of this painting. It is possible that it may have been produced by a student or follower of Leon Dabo. Signature may be too bold and this painting has been relined in the back. Cedarburg Auction is not an expert in the circle of Leon Dabo. Other auction houses have sold this painting. This is extremely well executed, in somewhat of the style of the artist Leon Dabo. We can not be sure it is from that artist. Buyer Beware!
