ANTIQUE HEAVY PERSIAN SILVER BOX with ENAMEL MINIATURE, 19th CENTURY
An antique, beautifully crafted Persian trinket box in a rectangular shape. It is made of silver with engraved foliate and floral decoration. The hinged lid features a nicely detailed oval enamel medallion, hand-painted with a traditional scene depicting a young lady playing the harp in front of a nobleman.
HALLMARKS: Signed in Farsi on the upper right of miniature. Also has a maker marks in Farsi inside the box.
CONDITION: Very good condition for its age. Signs of age and wear. The item is described to the best of our knowledge. For further information, please refer to the pictures and feel free to contact us via email with any questions.
